A COLLECTION OF ODDITIES LIES within a simple old building near the waterfront of Wilmington, North Carolina. The Museum of the Bizarre, which opened in 2015, houses a collection of the macabre.
For just $3, guests can take their time viewing the private collection of Justin LaNasa, a regional tattoo artist. LaNasa was motivated to open the museum as his wedding day approached and he recognized he needed a location to store his accumulation of abnormalities.
A life-sized Pinhead welcomes visitors upon entering, and there’s another life-size Freddy that individuals can take pictures with.
